El análisis térmico del brazo robótico Horizon 6 se realizó mediante cámaras infrarrojas para observar el comportamiento térmico de sus componentes durante el funcionamiento continuo. Las imágenes captadas revelan una distribución de calor controlada, con un delta T máximo de 20 °C en la pcb entre las zonas más frías y calientes, lo cual indica una disipación térmica adecuada y sin riesgos de sobrecalentamiento. Estos resultados confirman que el diseño actual mantiene condiciones seguras de operación incluso bajo carga prolongada.

The thermal analysis of the Horizon 6 robotic arm was conducted using infrared cameras to monitor the thermal behavior of its components during continuous operation. The captured images reveal a controlled heat distribution, with a maximum delta T of 20 °C in the pcb between the coolest and warmest areas, indicating proper thermal dissipation and no risk of overheating. These results confirm that the current design maintains safe operating conditions even under sustained load.
